All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in a written transaction document.

Because the works offered by Art R us are original, limited, collectible, or one-of-one, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on a change of mind for original artworks, limited editions, sculptures, custom works, special orders, or reserved artworks.

Collectors are encouraged to review all desired information before purchase, including dimensions, medium, materials, condition information, additional photographs, and available documentation.
